Sean Mallon

Sean Mallon currently serves as Service Director and Principal Consultant for the SAP SuccessFactors Practice at Rizing, where the focus is on enabling businesses to become intelligent enterprises through SAP solutions. With extensive experience in the SAP SuccessFactors domain, Sean previously held the position of Sr. Manager and Project Consultant at Birlasoft, concentrating on business process redesign and cloud application implementation. Sean's career also includes significant roles at Ciber, Mallon Consulting, AspireHR, Ernst & Young, and Georgia-Pacific, where expertise in SAP HCM was developed. Sean holds a Master’s degree in HR Development from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Appalachian State University.
