Ayush Chatterjee

Ayush Chatterjee is an Engineering Associate at RIZZO International, Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ayush served as a Graduate Teaching Associate and Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles from September 2021 to June 2023, where research focused on the impact of long-duration ground motion on structural collapse risk utilizing advanced statistical algorithms. Experience includes a Mitacs Globalink Internship at Western University, executing a 2D CNN framework for crack detection in structural components, and a Summer Research Internship at Larsen & Toubro, deploying a novel structural analysis algorithm for transmission-line tower stability. Education encompasses a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering with a minor in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
