Heather Teate

Heather Teate is an experienced business professional with a diverse background in management and employee resources. Currently serving as Business Manager and Director of Employee Resources at RJ Mechanical since September 2014, Heather oversees the Employee Assistance Program and assists with the annual open enrollment process for 155 employees. Previous roles include Assistant Purchasing Manager at Hyundai HYSCO, Executive Administrator and Quality Manager at Bluegrass Companies, and various positions in customer service and operations. Heather holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
