Doug Shepherd

Doug Shepherd has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Doug is currently working as an Account Manager at RJ Young since February 2022. Prior to this, they were an Account Representative at Ethos Technologies from September 2014 onwards. Doug also gained experience as a Co-Owner at Back Creek Sportswear LLC, where they created and designed sportswear, fan wear, and banners for events, working closely with non-profit organizations in fundraisers from March 2014 to June 2016. Before that, they worked in sales at Ropho Sales from October 2013 to January 2014. Doug's career in sales also includes being a Sales Manager at Ropho Sales from August 2003 to August 2008, where they hired and trained sales representatives and worked with them on achieving quotas and performance goals. Additionally, Doug served as a Document Management Specialist at Virginia Business Systems from August 2008 to November 2011, where they sold office equipment and managed existing and new accounts.

Doug Shepherd attended Patrick Henry High School from 1983 to 1986. During this time, they did not complete a degree or specialize in a particular field of study. Following their high school education, Doug went on to attend ECPI University from 1986 to 1987, where they obtained a Diploma in Electronics and Programming.
