Kerry Crotts has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. In 1990, they joined IKON Office Solutions as a Sales Manager, where they worked until 2000. Their role at IKON Office Solutions involved managing sales activities. In 2000, they transitioned to RJ Young Company, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources. At RJ Young Company, Kerry was dedicated to providing an environment that encouraged personal and professional growth for employees. In 2020, Kerry became the VP of People & Culture at RJ Young, continuing their commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
