Joel Pabst

Joel Pabst has a diverse background in IT and account management, currently serving as an IT Dispatcher at RJ2 Technologies since August 2021. Previously, Joel worked as an Account Manager at Paylocity from June 2020 to April 2021 and held the position of Database Administrator at RJ2 & Associates from January 2012 to May 2020, where responsibilities included supporting contract and permanent roles in IT and engineering services while overseeing best practices for client and candidate databases. Joel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries from Trinity International University between 2015 and 2019 and has additional educational experience from Harper College and Palatine High School. Currently, Joel is pursuing further studies at Trinity International University.
