Matthew (Matt) Paznar, P.Eng., EP, serves as Vice President at RJ Burnside & Associates Limited | Neegan Burnside Ltd. since 2005, leading a multidisciplinary team in providing professional engineering services to a diverse clientele, including municipal, private, institutional, and Aboriginal Communities. With extensive expertise in infrastructure assessments, community and capital planning, environmental planning, GIS/geomatics, and asset management, Matthew has held various roles including Manager of Asset Management & Community Infrastructure and Project Manager & Environmental Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental (Civil) Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
