With over 25 years of experience in delivering innovative structural engineering solutions, Mike has played a key role in many notable projects, emphasizing a collaborative design process that balances economic, social, and environmental needs. A strong advocate for LEAN Integrated Project Delivery, Mike continues to influence the industry positively. They completed a BASc in Structural Engineering with a focus on Entrepreneurial Business at the University of Toronto and are currently enhancing their leadership skills through the Executive Leadership Program at Queen's University.
