Jason Butschek

Jason Butschek is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in power systems and electrical engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at RJE Global Pty Ltd since July 2016, responsibilities include planning and designing electrical power systems and interpreting relevant specifications. Previous positions include Lead Electrical Engineer at Mayfield Industries Pty Ltd, where leadership of a switchboard engineering team was key, and Senior Protection & Controls Engineer at Beca, where business development and substation secondary system design were highlighted. With a strong foundation in secondary system design from roles at Consolidated Power Projects Pty Ltd and Australian Arrow, along with project management experience at Mitsubishi Motors Australia Ltd, Jason's expertise is further complemented by an educational background, holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Flinders University.
