Doug Espinoza

Doug Espinoza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnership development, account management, and technical leadership in the plastics and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Director of Partnership Development at RJG, Inc. since 1997, Doug is responsible for enhancing business relationships and implementing revenue growth strategies. Their career includes significant roles such as TZER0™ Manager, where Doug successfully brought a key initiative from concept to execution, and positions as Strategic Account Manager and Eastern Division Manager, where Doug excelled in client relations and sales performance. Prior to RJG, Doug gained valuable engineering and supervisory experience at Robotic Services and Royal Plastics, as well as serving in the United States Marine Corps. Doug holds an MBA in General Management from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a BS in Plastic Engineering from Ferris State University, complemented by a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate.
