Fred Martino

Fred came to RJN Investigations, Inc. after 25 years as a California law enforcement professional where he served both locally and statewide as a patrol officer, investigator, field training officer, and watch commander for the Laguna Beach Police Department. Fred earned college degrees in Criminal Justice and Personnel Management, along with a State of California teaching credential. He is a licensed Private Investigator in several states. Fred works with the President to insure all departments have the necessary tools to meet company goals and objectives, and exceed client expectations. He is responsible for the administration of all departments including company financial programs, Human Resources, Risk Management, training, licensing, insurance, IT, facility management, equipment, supplies and support to senior staff and managers of business operations.
