Ian O’Leary

Ian O'Leary is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in sales leadership and business development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Recruiting at RJR Partners since September 2019, Ian has achieved multiple President’s Club accolades in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Prior to this role, Ian built a national sales team as Director of Sales Recruiting and demonstrated success as a Senior Sales Recruiter. Ian's background includes a decade as a professional basketball player in Spain, participating in prestigious competitions such as the Eurocup and Champions League. Ian also gained early career experience through internships in commercial real estate and client acquisition strategies. Ian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Saint Mary's College of California, where Ian also excelled as a collegiate athlete.
