Michelle Alemania is an experienced professional in the field of talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Research at RJR Partners, Inc. since May 2013. RJR Partners is dedicated to connecting technology companies with qualified talent by developing effective hiring strategies tailored to meet client objectives. Prior to this role, Michelle served as a Search Consultant and an Intern at Reaction Search International from May 2012 to January 2013, where tasks included basic to mid-level recruiting activities and coordinating job postings. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from California State University, Chico, and graduated from San Ramon Valley High School.
