James Primm

James Primm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and plant management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at RK since October 2021 and Chief Operating Officer at BayLake Solutions, also since September 2021, James has demonstrated strong leadership skills in multiple roles. Prior experience includes General Manager at Cort Trade Shows Furnishings from June 2019 to October 2020, Operations Manager at Simplex from October 2016 to April 2019, and Project Manager/Foreman at thyssenkrupp Engineered Plastics from June 2007 to January 2016.
