Kristi Kuetemeier

Kristi Kuetemeier is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in project management and leadership across various organizations. Currently, Kristi serves as a Sr. Program Manager at RK since April 2024. Previously, Kristi held several significant roles at Summit Materials, including Vice President of PMO and PMO Director, contributing to the strategic direction of the organization from March 2017 to March 2024. Kristi has also worked as a Delivery Manager at Lewis Fowler Consulting and a Project Specialist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Significant prior roles include Director of IT PMO at Terumo BCT, where Kristi focused on enhancing the IT department’s strategic growth, and Director of Delivery/PMO at Janus Capital Group, where Kristi established a PMO and expanded its offerings. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma, Kristi combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills in project management methodologies and quality assurance.
