Mark Kashinskiy

Mark Kashinskiy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial consultancy and recruitment. Currently serving as Managing Partner at R&K Partners since September 2021, Mark leads efforts to help companies secure funding through various tax credits and incentives across multiple sectors, including AgTech and FinTech. As Co-Founder of Sheridan Executive since June 2023, Mark focuses on transforming front office recruitment for Hedge Funds and Asset Management globally. Additionally, Mark holds the position of Chairman at RCK Partners, overseeing consultancy services related to innovation funding, particularly in the R&D Tax Credit domain. As Director of Headstrong since January 2023, Mark is dedicated to addressing mental health through a podcast aimed at fostering conversations on vulnerability. Previous roles at Leyton UK from July 2017 to May 2020 included various senior positions, where Mark contributed to improving clients' financial performance.
