Allan Garcia

Allan Garcia is an experienced Construction Manager with a career spanning over a decade in the telecommunications and construction industries. Currently serving at RKC Site Solutions, LLC since September 2020, Allan previously held similar positions at AT&T from October 2019 to August 2020 and T-Mobile between February 2013 and September 2019. Allan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Communications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned from 1994 to 1999.
