Heather Hejl

Heather Hejl has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and companies. Heather started their career at MetroGroup in 1995 as a Production Coordinator, where they trained employees, collaborated with different departments, and assisted supervisors with managing workflow. Heather then moved up to become a Production Supervisor, overseeing workflow and assignments for a large team and conducting performance evaluations. From 2005 to 2009, Heather worked as a Senior Client Services Project Specialist at MetroGroup, further developing their skills in managing client projects. In 2009, they joined RKD Group as an Account Director for Account Services and later became an Account Director for Client Services. In these roles, Heather was responsible for managing client projects, implementing integrated marketing strategies, and effectively communicating with clients. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Client Partnership at RKD Group.

Heather Hejl attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1994 to 1995, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Microsoft Word - Basic from GoSkills.com in 2020, Introduction to Sales from GoSkills.com in 2019, Customer Service Training from GoSkills.com in 2019, Introduction to Marketing from GoSkills.com in 2019, Microsoft Excel - Basic from GoSkills.com in 2019, Effective Motivational Leadership from Leadership Resources in 2017, and Effective Leadership Development from Leadership Resources in 2016. Heather also completed the 2020 Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training from KnowBe4 in March 2020.
