Matt Halas

Matt Halas, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at RKT Holdings since February 2022, following a successful tenure at OpTech where Matt held multiple roles, including VP of Human Resources from August 2017 to June 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Neiman Marcus from January 2014 to July 2017 and as Store Director/Market Trainer at J.Crew from May 2006 to January 2014. Matt Halas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Oakland University.
