Victoria Herd FCICM (grad) has extensive work experience in the field of credit management. Victoria started their career as a Credit Controller at Siemens in 2002 and then worked as a Credit Manager at Simon Jersey from 2005 to 2006. Victoria further expanded their expertise as a Credit Manager at BAS from 2006 to 2009. From 2006 to 2011, they also worked as an Accounts professional at Woo Hoo Limited Software for web and desktop, where they rebuilt websites and developed software.

In 2009, Victoria joined Premier Foods as a Credit Manager before moving on to Deloitte UK in 2011, where they served as the Receivables Management Lead.
