Jim Patterson

Jim Patterson is an experienced Project Manager currently overseeing the State of Illinois CyberNavigator Program and Election Security at RL Canning since January 2019. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a System Analyst at AT&T for fourteen years, where responsibilities included implementing client server solutions, designing voice and data systems, and managing installations for educational institutions. Earlier in the career, Jim served as an Information Technology System Analyst for the State of Illinois, focusing on project management of internet and networking projects for the General Assembly, along with installation and configuration of network security devices.
