Valerie Rogerson

Valerie Rogerson is the Customer Insight and Outcomes Director at Royal London, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Valerie worked at Nucleus Financial as Customer Director and Head of Client Relations from June 2018 to February 2024. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Standard Life Aberdeen, where Valerie held multiple roles including Head of Service Proposition & Experience and Head of Operations Strategy and Proposition. Valerie's extensive expertise in customer service and operations is complemented by leadership in actuarial functions within UK Finance during various roles at Standard Life. Valerie holds a Fellowship from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, a Diploma of Education in Actuarial Science from Heriot-Watt University, and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of St Andrews.
