Manlio Castillo

Manlio Castillo is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field, currently working at RLA Engineering LLC since May 2014, where contributions include aiding HP Inc. in launching consumer inkjet printers. Previous roles at RLA include Director of Operations, managing a team of over 60 personnel and nurturing relationships with 40+ R&D engineering managers. Prior to RLA, Manlio served as Program Manager and Internship Program Manager at nConnect NW, focusing on STEM coaching and developing internship programs for high school students. Experience also includes a tenure at Hewlett-Packard, improving mechanical designs for consumer inkjet printers, and a Mechanical Engineer position at The Boeing Company, contributing to the International Space Station projects. Manlio holds an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and The University of Texas at Austin, respectively, with additional studies at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
