Nicolas Sheard

Nicolas Sheard, CEO at RLB, is a founding member. He is registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession, a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Nicolas has extensive experience in managing large, complex and high-value projects across all sectors. He has vast knowledge and expertise within the African market, and is an integral link between international investors and partners, and development initiatives and projects in Africa.

Nicolas serves as a mentor and expert on several boards within the RLB Africa group of companies, and with over 30 years’ experience, he brings great value as a panel member at numerous summits and industry awards.
