Luis Melotte

Luis Sidney Coquet Melotte, Director at RLB Hooloomann, is a member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM) and holds a Masters in Project Management in Construction from the University of Salford, as well as a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the College of Estate Management.

His extensive local knowledge and expertise in various sectors covers everything from small to large complex projects in Mauritius, Seychelles, Maldives, Sri Lanka and East Africa.

Luis joined the company in 1993 and has over 28 years’ experience in quantity surveying and project management.
