Bob Russo is a Principal Power System Engineer at RLC Engineering, where they perform steady-state, transient stability, and circuit breaker duty studies. With a robust background in the electric utility industry, Bob previously served as Manager of System Planning at Northeast Utilities, overseeing Transmission and Distribution Planning while mentoring and managing teams. They began their career at The United Illuminating Company, where they held various engineering roles and participated in committees to protect business interests. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Power Systems from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
