Scott Armour

Scott Armour has over 15 years of experience in benefits management, having served as Director of Benefits at R + L Carriers from June 2003 to June 2016, where oversight included national disability programs and comprehensive benefits initiatives. Prior to this role, Scott Armour was a Benefits Manager responsible for managing national disability programs, including ADAAA, FMLA, and workers' compensation. Scott Armour began their legal career as an Associate at Dinsmore & Shohl from January 2000 to January 2003 and at Thompson Hine & Flory from January 1995 to January 2000. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Grove City College.
