Stephen Shelton

Stephen Shelton is a seasoned purchasing professional with extensive experience in procurement and inventory management, currently serving as the Director of Purchasing at R+L Carriers, Inc. since April 2003. In this role, Stephen oversees the approval of purchase orders and requisitions, establishes procurement procedures, negotiates contract pricing with suppliers, evaluates employee performance, and ensures compliance with EPA regulations. Previously, Stephen held various positions at Interstate Trailer, including Parts Manager and Buyer, and has a background in sales and customer service. Stephen earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Management from Sinclair Community College between 2010 and 2013.
