Dan Michelson

Dan Michelson is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. As the Founder and CEO of InCommon since May 2022, Dan focuses on developing AI-powered applications that enhance employee productivity and engagement. In parallel, Dan serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, where the emphasis is on strategic decision-making for graduate students. Additionally, Dan is an Advisor at 7wireVentures, assisting startup CEOs with growth strategies. Previously, as CEO of Strata Decision Technology from 2012 to 2022, Dan significantly contributed to the healthcare financial planning sector, expanding the company from 50 to 500 employees. Prior to Strata, Dan held key roles at Allscripts, Baxter, and Astra Zeneca, spearheading initiatives that led to substantial organizational growth and market development. Dan holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA in Marketing and Management from DePaul University.
