John Campbell CSPO® has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Ghafari Associates, where they wrote press releases and marketing materials. John then worked as a Documentation & Training Specialist at TechTeam Global, where they created and maintained software documentation and conducted training sessions. John also worked as a History Teacher, Substitute Teacher, and Coach in various school districts in Michigan and Texas. At TAKE Supply Chain (formerly ClearOrbit Inc.), they served as a Technical Writer and Information Designer, creating user guides, training materials, and functional specifications. In their role as a Product Manager at RLDatix, John delivered new functionality to an enterprise software system used by hospitals worldwide. John later became a Senior Product Owner, leading multiple delivery teams and collaborating with Product Management. Currently, they hold the position of Product Owner Team Lead at RLDatix. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in product management, agile development, and technical documentation.

John Campbell CSPO® received their B.A. in Communications and History from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2023.
