Katie Scherer

Katie Scherer has a comprehensive work experience history with a focus on operations, quality, and continuous improvement. Starting in 1992 as a Quality Process Consultant at RR Donnelley & Sons, they progressed to roles such as Training Supervisor, Training Manager, and Quality and Project Manager in subsequent positions. Katie later held roles at Abound Solar and Clearview Library District before returning to RLE Technologies, where they have served as the Quality and Operations Director, Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement, and currently as Director of Operations and Quality Systems.

Katie Scherer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana University Bloomington between 1984 and 1987.
