Gavin Ball

Gavin Ball is the current Executive Director at RLF AgTech, and they have also previously worked for Sourcefit, Vorian Investment (Holdings) Pty Limited, Nexsen MedTech, Coral Futures Corporation, and Stunalara Metals. Gavin began their professional career in May of 2000 as a Director for PPRE Pty Limited Professionals Property Plus Real Estate.

During their time with PPRE, they helped to establish the company as one of the top 10 residential real estate businesses in Western Australia. Gavin did this by introducing innovative business practices such as digital photography, colour presentations, website marketing, and other online tools. In 2007, they sold the property management division of PPRE to Wentworth Holdings.

After their time with PPRE, Gavin went on to work for Sourcefit, a company that provides offshore staffing solutions for businesses. Gavin then moved to Vorian Investment (Holdings) Pty Limited, where they worked as an investment analyst. After Vorian, they worked for Nexsen MedTech, a medical device company, as their Business Development Manager.

Most recently, Gavin has been working as the Executive Director at RLF AgTech, an agricultural technology company. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's strategy and operations.

Gavin Ball took the Tertiary Entrance Examination (TEE) at Morley Senior High School.
