Donald Porter is an accomplished executive with over 35 years of experience in the refining and energy sectors. Currently serving as the HRO and Operations Excellence Advisor at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., Donald also holds positions as a consultant in private equity, advisory board member for NFTI, and business strategy board member for Refined Technologies. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Global Refining at BP, where Donald led efforts to enhance refinery performance, safety, and reliability. With a background in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan and advanced training from MIT's Operations Academy, Donald's expertise encompasses operational excellence, leadership development, and strategic advisory across various energy and industrial companies.
