Ralph Gordon

Ralph Gordon, EMBA, currently serves as Team Lead at RLG International, driving leadership, performance improvement, and transformation initiatives for Global 100 clients since January 2014. Previous experience includes roles as Strategic Consultant at Senn Delaney from February 2015 to March 2017, where contributions involved product management and strategic organizational projects, and Director of Operations for the United States Air Force from April 2010 to January 2014, facilitating collaboration between Army and Air Force operations. Ralph's extensive military background includes leadership positions at the 607th Air Operations Center and the Air Force Distributed Mission Operations Center, among others. Ralph holds multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
