Amy Braet, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, CBP, has been with RLI Insurance Company since May 2005, where Amy currently serves as AVP of Talent Management, overseeing Talent Development and Talent Acquisition functions. Previously, Amy held the position of AVP of Total Rewards, responsible for aligning rewards strategies with talent attraction and retention, and managed HR systems for data and insights. Amy's experience includes roles as Director and Manager of Compensation and Benefits, where oversight of compensation policies and incentive plans was key. Early in their career, Amy served as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst and Benefits Analyst, administering various employee benefits and wellness programs. Additionally, Amy began in Human Resources as an HR Generalist and also completed an HR internship at the American Red Cross. Amy holds an MBA and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Bradley University.
