Courtney L. Ransom

Courtney L. Ransom, CPCU, ARe, has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Ceded Reinsurance at RLI Insurance Company since January 2002. Ransom has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including positions in talent management and organizational development. Prior to RLI, Ransom worked as an HR Consultant at Clifton Gunderson LLP. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and a participation in the Strategic Human Resources Program at the University of Michigan. Ransom also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa.
