Katie Kappes, CPA, CCP, CBP, CPCU, has extensive experience in human resources and compensation, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at RLI Insurance Company since August 2006, Katie Kappes has successfully transformed the HR department into a strategic partner focused on delivering effective HR strategies and operational excellence. Previously, Katie Kappes held the role of Compensation and Benefits Director and Compensation Analyst at State Farm Insurance from September 2002 to August 2006. Katie Kappes holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from Bradley University.
