Lila Cabral

Lila Cabral is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in executive support and human resources. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at RLI Insurance Company since March 2018, Lila has previously held significant roles at Caterpillar Inc. as an Administrative Assistant, and at Resource Management Services as a Human Resource Manager and Office Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resources Office Manager at CMFI Group. Lila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Clarke University, completed in 2003.
