Matthew R. Campen

Matthew R. Campen currently serves as Vice President, Claim at RLI. Prior to their current role, Campen worked as Manager, Catastrophe Claims at Zurich North America from August 2010 to May 2013. Campen began their insurance career at Farmers Insurance Group of Companies in January 2005 where they worked in Training.

Matthew R. Campen has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from DePaul Driehaus College of Business in the field of strategy, execution, & valuation and international business. Matthew also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Illinois State University in business administration and management, general. In addition, they have certification from The Institutes in associate in surplus lines, associate in claims (AIC), associate in general insurance (AINS), and chartered property casualty underwriter (CPCU). Matthew also has certification from - in Six Sigma Green Belt in Business Reengineering and Six Sigma Yellow Belt in Business Reengineering.

They work with William J. Irish - Vice President, Claim, Kevin S. Horwitz - VP, Claim, and Nicolas C. Mesco - Vice President, Claim. Their manager is Bob S. Handzel, VP & Chief Claim Officer.
