Tom Gozdziak

Tom Gozdziak is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in insurance and litigation. Currently serving as the Director of Claim Counsel at RLI Insurance Company since March 2018, Tom has previously held the position of Partner at Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff from November 2014 to March 2018, and at Clausen Miller P.C. from 1999 to 2014. Tom's legal career began as an Assistant Attorney General at the Illinois Attorney General's Office from 1995 to 1999. Tom holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, obtained between 1992 and 1995, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bradley University, completed from 1986 to 1990.
