Matthew Funk Barley is an experienced interior designer currently employed at RLPS Architects since July 2016. Additionally, Matthew serves on the Board of Directors for Columbia Borough HARB starting January 2021 and was a member of the Executive Committee for the Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County from March 2017 to January 2021.
