David K. Bernstein

David Bernstein is the owner of RLS Associates, Delaware's largest and oldest mergers & acquisitions and private investment banking firm. David also served as a Senior Associate at M&A Consulting. Additionally, David was a Principal at Executive Capital Alliance Partners, a group providing private equity to smaller companies. Previously, David was the President of JCC of Delaware. David holds a JD/MBA from Widener University Schools of Law and a BA in Economics, Finance, and English from Rutgers University.
