Jim Monsor is the CEO of RLS Therapeutics. Jim has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including angel investing, healthcare IT, diagnostics, devices, and nutraceuticals. Jim has a proven track record of successful leadership and management in both startups and large corporations. Jim has a passion for mentoring and helping others reach their potential.

Jim Monsor earned their Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Irvine. Jim then pursued pre-medicine studies at Muhlenberg College before completing their studies at Lake Forest High School.
