Beth McKibben

Beth McKibben, AICP, is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in urban and regional planning. Currently serving as a Senior Planner at R&M Consultants, Inc. since May 2023, Beth previously held senior planning roles at the City & Borough of Juneau, where responsibilities included overseeing major long-range planning projects and mentoring colleagues. Beth's career also includes significant contributions as Planning Manager and Senior Planner within the City & Borough of Juneau, City Planner for the City of Homer, and various planning positions at Matanuska-Susitna Borough and City & Borough of Yakutat. With a degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Western Washington University, Beth has demonstrated expertise in community development, zoning, and grant administration throughout a career spanning over three decades.
