Carla J. Baxley P.e.

Carla J. Baxley, P.E. is an accomplished professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in the aviation sector. Currently serving as Airport Group Manager at R&M Consultants, Inc. since May 2018, Carla leads by example and previously held the position of Senior Project Engineer in the Airport Design Section. Prior experience includes serving as a Compliance Officer at Alaska USA from February 2017 to April 2018 and as a Project Manager at the State of Alaska DOT&PF from December 2010 to September 2016. Carla began a career in civil engineering as a Designer for the State of Alaska from June 2004 to December 2010. Carla earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska Anchorage between 1996 and 2001.
