Nichelle Smith, P.E., CESCL, is an accomplished Project Engineer with extensive experience in construction management and engineering. Currently serving at R&M Consultants, Inc. since May 2019, Nichelle previously held project engineering roles at Good-men and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in various capacities, including as a Contracting Officer Representative. With a solid educational foundation comprising a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska Anchorage, Nichelle is adept at managing complex projects and fostering effective communication between customers and contractors.
