Gráinne Watson

Gráinne Watson has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Gráinne is currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at RM plc since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Trustmarque from March 2022 to April 2023 and at Searchlight Consulting from August 2021 to March 2022. Gráinne has also worked as the CoE Director- Digital Business Solutions and Director of TS Automation Practice at Capita Technology Solutions from March 2020 to August 2021. In addition, Gráinne served as the Head of Product Category: Digital and Innovation at Capita IT and Networks from April 2019 to March 2020 and as the Head of Private Sector Sales at Analytics Engines from March 2018 to March 2019. Moreover, they have held senior positions at Fujitsu in the UK and Ireland, including Senior Innovation Strategist from February 2017 to 2018 and Senior Innovation Bid Manager from March 2016 to January 2017. Their career started as a Lecturer at Stanford University from January 2012 to June 2015.

Gráinne Watson has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from Stanford University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree at the University of St Andrews from 2002 to 2007.
