Lauren Barber

Lauren Barber is an experienced Customer Relationship Manager currently employed at RM plc since May 2023. Prior to this, Lauren held various roles at CAE from June 2015 to January 2023, including Regional Customer Services Manager and Customer Services Manager. Additional experience includes positions at Malmaison as Front of House Manager and Duty Manager from February 2013 to June 2015, and roles at Four Pillars Hotels and Brook Hotels, where responsibilities included Reception Manager and Conference, Wedding and Events Manager, respectively. Lauren began the hospitality career at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts as Guest Services USA and worked as a Reception Supervisor at InterContinental Hotels Group. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in International Tourism Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Travel and Tourism Management degree from Chesterfield College.
