Maria Khait

Maria Khait is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technical Architecture at RM plc since March 2024. Prior to this role, Maria held various positions at Smart Pension, including Director of Technical Architecture and Head of Technical Architecture, as well as Technical Architect and Ruby on Rails Developer. Maria's career began with Ruby on Rails development experiences at companies such as Peach, Butternut Box, Heist, carwow, and SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD. Maria holds a Master of Arts in Communication Design, Digital Media, and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London, Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.
