Samantha Wann is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment & L&D at RM plc since March 2016, Samantha has progressed through multiple positions including Head of Resourcing and Recruitment Manager. At RM plc, a trusted ICT partner dedicated to serving UK schools, Samantha focuses on delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Prior to this, Samantha was the Recruitment Manager at Infinite Group, overseeing in-house recruitment for diverse roles within the organization, which specializes in Retail Marketing for leading FMCG and Technology brands. Earlier career experience includes serving as Regional Manager at Kangacrew Childcare Staff Solutions, where responsibilities involved specialized childcare recruitment across multiple counties. Samantha holds an LLB.Hons degree in English & French Law from the University of Kent.
